These are the faces of the ladies behind Wildflower! Located in their sister business Unbridled in Courtenay, British Columbia, Wildflower has dedicated its time to being the most sought-after mobile hair and makeup service for weddings and special events for four year now. During the winter they spend most of their time helping brides plan their perfect bridal look. While in the summer they are busy driving to Vancouver Islands most breath taking venues.
Wildflower loves traveling to beautiful places on Vancouver Island as well as the smaller islands surrounding. They will travel as far as: Port Hardy, Coal Harbour, Port Alice, Port McNeil, Telegrph Cove, Zeballos, Tahsis, Nootka Island, Gold River, Sayward, Elk Bay, Cortes Island, Quadra Island, Campbell River, Strathcona, Merville, Courtenay, Comox Valley, Cumberland, Denman Island, Hornby Island, Parksville, Port Alberni, Ucluelet, Tofino, Nanaimo, Duncan, Victoria, Sooke, Salt Spring Island, Gabriola Island, Galiana Island and Pender Island.

Anuschka currently resides and works out of the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, BC. She moved to the Valley in 2014 where she continues to strive for excellence, crafting her hair artistry for an ever-growing clientele. Before moving to the Comox Valley, Anuschka completed an advanced program at the acclaimed Aveda Institute, engaging in elevated studies in cutting, colouring and styling techniques. She now travels the world, attending classes by the top educators in the hair industry. Kenya is a makeup artist based out of Port Alberni. She spent her childhood living in Vancouver where she grew up acting in the film industry; this is where her fascination with makeup began. Whether is was a simple touch up; or having prosthetics applied, she knew this art would grow to become her passion.

Kenya is a makeup artist based out of Port Alberni. She spent her childhood living in Vancouver where she grew up acting in the film industry; this is where her fascination with makeup began. Whether is was a simple touch up; or having prosthetics applied, she knew this art would grow to become her passion.
Years later she got her first job as a makeup artist at Sephora; where she developed her understanding of products, application and skincare. During this time she fell in love with makeup for events, and started her journey into the world of freelancing.
In 2017 she graduated from the esteemed John Casablancas Institute; where she obtained her diploma with honours in the makeup artistry program. Shortly after; she moved to the island to continue her work in the bridal industry, while also starting a family.
In her free time, she loves to hike and rock climb all over Vancouver Island. As well as living in the moment and soaking up precious time with her toddler and husband. She is also an avid member of the creative community in Victoria; and visits often to work with other photographers and models

Certified since 2009, she has a wide and diverse skill set ranging from beauty and prosthetic makeup to hairstyling. Seeking greater work-life balance in 2020, Monik made a conscious decision to prioritize her family while also pursuing her passion for making people feel beautiful through makeup, with a particular focus on the bridal industry.
During her free time, she takes pleasure in exploring the forest with her loved ones, expressing herself through art by painting, and broadening her knowledge in skincare. She is always looking for ways to make a positive impact in other people's lives.
